Created in collaboration with one of Japan’s top contemporary blending houses in Kyoto, Japan. Kaibutsu Whisky is aged for a minimum of 3 years, and carefully blended with Kyoto’s pure, soft water.
TASTING NOTES
With a foundation led by malt and wheat, and supported by corn and a touch of rye,
Doragon Edition unveils a rich, textured profile where stone fruit, baking spice, roasted grain, and a smooth layer of buttery toffee unfold with intensity and finesse.
Distilled predominantly in copper pot stills—revered in Japan for their ability to coax deep, nuanced character from malt whisky—this blend carries the tradition of depth and craftsmanship, balanced by Coffey still grain for silkiness and poise.
