Discover a mysterious whisky that was created to celebrate the unique spirits that walk amongst us and to inspire an escape from the norms of traditional whisky thinking.
Created in collaboration with one of Japan’s top contemporary blending houses in Kyoto, Japan. Kaibutsu Whisky is aged for a minimum of 3 years, and carefully blended with Kyoto’s pure, soft water.
TASTING NOTES
Inspired by the smooth, sweet character of Japan’s iconic Coffey grain whiskies, this blend leans into corn and wheat for a lush, honeyed foundation, while rye and malt bring structure, warmth, and spice.
Bursting with zesty lemon peel and crisp green apple, and a spiced vanilla finish, Monki Edition delivers a silky, layered profile that’s effortlessly drinkable.
Distilled predominantly in Coffey stills with a touch of copper pot still complexity.
